15. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3826 WITH IBE DIGITAL\nFOR 24/7 IT HELP DESK SERVICES AND AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT NO. 3882 WITH IBE DIGITAL FOR PUBLIC SAFETY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STAFF\nAUGMENTATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 3826 with IBE Digital for 24/7 IT\nHelp Desk Services extending the term of services and amending the compensation related to the\nextension in the amount of $201,536; and\n2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 3882 with IBE Digital for Public\nSafety Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services extending the term of services and amending\nthe compensation related to the extension in the amount of $205,899; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
