9.d APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS WITH WORKDAY, INC., RELATED TO 91\nTHE IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW ENTERPRISE RESOURCE\nPLANNING (ERP) SYSTEM\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Agreements with Workday, Inc., for the acquisition and\nimplementation of a new enterprise resource planning system.\n2. Appropriate $393,353 to the Information Technology Special\nPrograms Account Number 1104190-4390000 from unobligated\nGeneral Fund Reserves for implementation, training, and 10%\ncontingency.\n3. Authorize the City Attorney to make any necessary nonmonetary\nchanges to the agreements.\n4. Authorized the City Manager to execute the agreement, future\namendments, and any other documents necessary to effectuate\nthis action, in accordance with Section 3.30.170 of the Palm Desert\nMunicipal Code.
