9.o AUTHORIZE PARTICIPATION AND FUNDING COMMITMENT FOR 615\nIMPERIAL IRRIGATION DISTRICT ENERGY PARTNERSHIP TO\nDEVELOP NEW SUBSTATION\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Authorize the City’s participation in the Imperial Irrigation District\nEnergy Partnership for the development of a new substation,\nincluding a commitment to funding and reservation of energy\ncapacity, and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary\nagreements.\n2. Appropriate $950,000 from General Fund reserves and transfer out\nto Capital Project Budget North Sphere Electric Substation Account\n4004258-4400100.
