9. General Plan, Housing Element, and Housing Successor Annual Progress Reports\nRecommendation that the City Council take the following actions:\na) Receive and file the 2022 General Plan Annual Progress Report, 2022 Housing\nElement Annual Progress Report, and the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Housing Successor\nAnnual Report; and,\nb) Direct the Community Development Department to:\n1) Transmit the 2022 General Plan Annual Progress Report to the Governor’s\nOffice of Planning and Research (OPR) and the California State\nDepartment of Housing and Community Development (HCD); and,\n2) Transmit the 2022 Housing Element Annual Progress Report via emails to\nthe Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the California\nState Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD); and,\n3) Transmit the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Housing Successor Annual Report via\nemail to the California State Department of Housing and Community\nDevelopment (HCD) and make it available on the City’s website.
