5)\nCONSIDERATION OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR FY 23-24 RESIDENTIAL STREE\nPROJECT - PROJECT NO. C24008\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Award the Construction Services Agreement for the FY 23-24 Residential Street Rehabilitation Proje\nto Onyx Paving Company, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder;\n2. Authorize the City Manager execute the Construction Services Agreement with Onyx Paving Compan\nsuch final form as approved by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize 10% of the awarded contract amount as contingency allowance to be used, if necessary,\napproval, for unforeseen conditions;\n4. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments within the authorized contingen\n5. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CE\nGuidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction); and\n6.
