Award the Construction Services Agreement for the FY 23-24 Residential Street Rehabilitation Proje\nto Onyx Paving Company, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder;\n2. Authorize the City Manager execute the Construction Services Agreement with Onyx Paving Compan\nsuch final form as approved by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize 10% of the awarded contract amount as contingency allowance to be used, if necessary,\napproval, for unforeseen conditions;\n4. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments within the authorized contingen\n5.
