5) CONSIDERATION OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR FY 23-24 RESIDENTIAL STREE PROJECT - PROJECT NO. C24008 It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Award the Construction Services Agreement for the FY 23-24 Residential Street Rehabilitation Proje to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder; 2. Authorize the City Manager execute the Construction Services Agreement with Onyx Paving Compan such final form as approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize 10% of the awarded contract amount as contingency allowance to be used, if necessary, approval, for unforeseen conditions; 4. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments within the authorized contingen 5. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CE Guidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction); and 6. Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2024-62 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2024 A 2025 (FY2023-24 RESIDENTIAL STREET REHAB)
