6) CONSIDERATION OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEME SIGNALIZED INTERSECTIONS - PROJECT NO. C23028 It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Award the Construction Services Agreement for the Traffic Signal Improvements at Various Signaliz No. C23028) to Select Electric, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Services Agreement with Select Electric, In such final form as approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize 15% of the awarded contract amount as contingency allowance to be used, if necessary, approval, for unforeseen conditions; 4. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments within the authorized contingen 5. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CE Guidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction). POLICE DEPARTMENT
