5. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE RIDGE ROUTE MEDIAN\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that Cheloletty Engineering, Inc. has \ncompleted construction of the Ridge Route Median Improvement Project\nOctober 1, 2024 \nPage 3\n(PW 24S07). 2. Approve the Notice of Completion and authorize the Mayor \nto execute the document on behalf of the City. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to \nsubmit Notice of Completion for recordation to the Office of the County \nRecorder of Orange County within fifteen days of City Council approval, as \nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code. 4. Authorize staff to \nrelease any unencumbered retention in accordance with California law.
