6)\nCONSIDERATION OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEME\nSIGNALIZED INTERSECTIONS - PROJECT NO. C23028\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Award the Construction Services Agreement for the Traffic Signal Improvements at Various Signaliz\nNo. C23028) to Select Electric, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Services Agreement with Select Electric, In\nsuch final form as approved by the City Attorney;\n3. Authorize 15% of the awarded contract amount as contingency allowance to be used, if necessary,\napproval, for unforeseen conditions;\n4. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments within the authorized contingen\n5.
