17. \nHERITAGE PARK NATIVE AMERICAN POND IMPROVEMENT – AWARD OF \nCONTRACT (PUBLIC WORKS) \nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: \nOctober 1, 2024: City Council Meeting \nPage 7 of 7 \n1) Award a construction contract to Zeco, Inc., of Anaheim, California in the amount \nof $164,039.25 for the construction of the Heritage Park Native American Pond \nImprovement Project and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; \nand \n2) Appropriate $100,750 from the Utility Users Tax (UUT) Fund to the Heritage Park \nNative American Pond Improvement Project (Account No. PW200101); and \n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
