Waive full reading and introduce Ordinance No. 757, by title only, \namending Section 3.04.080 (Sufficient Money In Treasury) of Chapter \n3.04 (City Funds and Records) of Title 3 (Revenue and Finance) of the \nCudahy Municipal Code; and \n2. Determine that this action is exempt from the California \nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines \nSection 15061 (b)(3).
