On\nAugust 7, 2024, the proposal opening took place and staff received three (3) proposals.\nStaff recommends that City Council award a contract to Onward Engineering. (PW)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A\nCONTRACT TO ONWARD ENGINEERING FOR THE DESIGN ENGINEERING\nSERVICES FOR THE ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PRIORITY 1 – FY 24/25\n(CIP PROJECT NO. 2101|2121|2357|2352|9056.68.142).”\nComments:\nThe investment policies and practices of the City of Lynwood are based on state laws and\nprinciples of prudent money management.
