19. 24-54942 \nRecommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to \nexecute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary \nsubsequent amendments, with Specialized Elevator Services, LLC, of Santa Fe \nSprings, CA, for providing elevator maintenance, repair, and related services, on \nthe same terms and conditions afforded to the Long Beach Unified School District \n(LBUSD), in an annual amount of $350,000, authorize a 20 percent contingency in \nthe amount of $70,000, for a total annual contract amount not to exceed $420,000, \nuntil the LBUSD contract expires on June 30, 2025, by which time the Departments \nof Public Works and Financial Management expect to have completed the City’s \nown competitive procurement for a long-term elevator maintenance contract. \n(Citywide) \nOffice or Department: \nFinancial Management
