21. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN AMENDMENT TO\nTHE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ONTARIO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND THE\nCITY OF ONTARIO\nThat the City Council and the Ontario Public Financing Authority take the following actions:\nA. The City Council consider and adopt a Resolution authorizing the execution and delivery\nof Amendment No. 1 to the Lease Agreement; and\nB. The Ontario Public Financing Authority consider and adopt a Resolution authorizing the\nexecution and delivery of Amendment No. 1 to the Lease Agreement.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING\nTHE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO LEASE AGREEMENT.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ONTARIO PUBLIC FINANCING\nAUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND\nDELIVERY OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO LEASE AGREEMENT.
