AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HEXAGON SAFETY &\nINFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW POLICE RECORDS MANAGEMENT\nSYSTEM (RMS)\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Intergraph Corporation, a Delaware corporation,\nby and through its Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure division, with its principal place of business\nin Madison, Alabama, for the purchase of the public safety records management system (RMS)\nOnCall Records for software and recurring annual maintenance fees, increasing the authorized\ncontract amount by $3,239,580 for a total contract not-to-exceed amount of $8,425,696.
