AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SOLID WASTE PROCESSING SERVICES WITH\nWEST VALLEY MRF, LLC FOR PROCUREMENT OF RECOVERED ORGANIC WASTE PRODUCT\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Agreement for Solid Waste Processing Services with West Valley MRF, LLC (West Valley),\na limited liability company duly formed and operating under the laws of the State of California\nand owned in whole or in part by Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc., a California corporation duly\nformed and operating under the laws of the State of California to provide procurement of\nRecovered Organic Waste Product in an amount not-to-exceed $1,200,000 over a four-year\nperiod.
