e.\nAUTHORIZE A CONTRACT WITH IMPEX TECHNOLOGIES, INC. IN AN\nAMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $500,000 FOR ACQUISITION OF SERVER\nHARDWARE, SERVICES, AND SOFTWARE LICENSING AND ENTERPRISE\nSUPPORT\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract with IMPEX\nTechnologies, Inc. (IMPEX) for acquisition of hyperconverged server hardware,\nsoftware, deployment and migration services, staff training, and five years of\nmanufacturer­provided software licensing and extended enterprise technical\nsupport; and approve a contract sum of up to $500,000 including a project\ncontingency of up to $27,498.
