3.C. \nAmended Cooperative Funding Agreement between the City of Norco and \nthe Riverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District for the \nNorco Citation Drive Storm Drain Project \nRECOMMENDATION: \nApprove the Amended Cooperative Funding Agreement with Riverside \nCounty Flood Control & Water Conservation District (RCFC & WCD) to \ndesign and construct the Norco Citation Drive Storm Drain Project, subject \nto non-substantive changes and approval by the Riverside County Board of \nSupervisors; and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
