13. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH RALPH ANDERSON & ASSOCIATES FOR EXECUTIVE RECRUITING\nSERVICES FOR THE CITY MANAGER POSITION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED\n$31,000 AND AN APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Approving the Professional Services Agreement with Ralph Anderson & Associates for Executive Recruiting Services for the City Manager position in an amount not to exceed $31,000; and\n2. Approving an appropriation in the amount of $31,000 from the General Fund balance, to Account No. 101-2030-2034-8020.
