10. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM HEZMALHALCH ARCHITECTS (WHA) FOR CITY ARCHITECT SERVICES\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council consider:\n1. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with William Hezmalhalch Architects (WHA) for architectural services for a term of two years with the option to extend the contract for up to three (3) one-year extensions for a total maximum contract period of five (5) years at a not-to exceed amount of $60,000 for the two year contract; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute said agreement and to undertake all necessary steps to implement City Council's direction.
