3-F. \nOFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY (“OTS”) PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE SAFETY PROGRAM \nGRANT FUNDING FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 \nIt is recommended that the City Council consider: \n(1) \nAccepting grant funds and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute an \nagreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) \nin the amount of $25,555 for the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program. \n(2) \nAdopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to receive and \nappropriate grant funds in fiscal year 2024-25, and execute an agreement, in a form \napproved by the City Attorney, with the OTS in the amount of $25,555 for the Pedestrian \nand Bicycle Safety Program; and \n(3) \nTaking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
