2-A. \nSATURN PARK ADVISORY REVIEW COMMITTEE (“SPARC”) OUTREACH AND \nRECOMMENDATION \nIt is recommended that the City Council consider: \n(1) \nReceiving and filing the SPARC Community Visioning Workshop Series – Outreach Report \n(Attachment 1) \n(2) \nApproving the minutes for the SPARC’s regular meeting of August 29, 2024 (Attachment \n2); \n(3) \nReceiving the Saturn Park Advisory Review Committee’s (“SPARC’s”) recommendation to \nexpand allowed uses within Saturn Park and directing staff regarding the land uses for \nSaturn Park as deemed appropriate; and \n(4) \nTaking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
