3-C. \nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AMENDMENT FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) \nSERVICES \nIt is recommended that the City Council consider: \n(1) \nAuthorizing the City Manager to execute a retroactive first amendment from July 1, 2024 \nto February 29, 2028, to the Knight Communications Agreement No. 2346-AA, in a form \napproved by the City Attorney. This first amendment will add IT services to the City’s Police \nDepartment in the amount of $763,877, for a total not to exceed $3,248,551 for the term \nof the Agreement. \n(2) \nTaking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
