4. Approval of Resolution No. 2024-044 for a One-Time City Hall Closure It\nis recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Resolution No. 2024-044 entitled, “A Resolution of the City\nCouncil of the City of Baldwin Park, California, approving a one-time\nCity Hall closure from December 23, 2024 through January 3, 2025,\nand authorizing qualified employees time off during the Holidays”;\nand\n2. Approve the cancellation of the City Council Regular meetings on\nthe following dates: • December 18, 2024, January 1, 2025 and July\n2, 2025\n3. Direct the CEO to provide adequate notification to the public and\ntake appropriate measures to ensure City Emergency Response\nOperations remain uninterrupted during the closure.\nSTAFF REPORT
