3-K. \nEASEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR THE \nCONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ELAC NORTHEAST \nDRAINAGE AREA AND BIOFILTRATION PROJECT \nIt is recommended that the City Council consider: \n(1) \nAuthorizing the City Manager to execute the grant of easement, in a form approved by \nthe City Attorney, with the Los Angeles Community College District for a biofiltration \nproject located in the ELAC Northeast Drainage area; \n(2) \nTaking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
