APPROVAL OF TRANSPORTATION UNIFORM MITIGATION FEE \n(TUMF) REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS BY AND BETWEEN THE \nWESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (WRCOG) AND \nTHE CITY OF JURUPA \nVALLEY FOR THE RUBIDOUX \nBOULEVARD/STATE ROUTE 60 INTERCHANGE PROJECT \n1. \nRequested Action: That the City Council approve and authorize the City \nManager to execute the Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF) \nreimbursement agreement by and between the Western Riverside Council \nof Governments and the City of Jurupa Valley for Rubidoux \nBoulevard/State Route 60 interchange project attached to the staff report as \napproved by the City Attorney. \n2. \nAuthorize the Finance Director to make appropriate budget adjustments as \nneeded for the fund and amounts identified in the financial impact section \nof the staff report.
