The City \nCouncil will convene in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section \n54956.8 regarding the acquisition of certain property interests from the real \nproperty located at the corner of 58th Street and Etiwanda Avenue, Jurupa Valley \nCA (APN 161-180-033). The negotiating parties are the City of Jurupa Valley and \nthe property owner, Rodeo Café Corporation. Negotiators for the City are Rod \nButler, Michael Flad, and Amy Sells. Under negotiations are price and terms of the \nacquisition of the property.
