CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO \nCONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF \nJURUPA VALLEY AND WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR BUILDING \nAND SAFETY AND CODE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES \n1. \nRequested Action: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to \nexecute Amendment No. 1 to the consultant services agreement with \nWilldan Engineering for Building and Code Services; and \n2. \nAppropriate funds in an amount not-to-exceed $175,000 for Amendment \nNo. 1 for consulting services as specified in the financial impact section of \nthe staff report.
