11. AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH EMERGENCY-1 RESPONSE, INC. [D. RIVAS, A.\nSHANDI, M. KUSTANOVICH]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an agreement for services with\nEmergency-1 Response, Inc. in the amount of $150,000 for medical care center services\nduring the West Hollywood Halloween Celebration on October 31, 2024, and during the West\nHollywood Pride Celebration the weekend of May 30 through June 1, 2025.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Agreement for Services with Emergency-1\nResponse, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 for medical care center services\nCity Council Agenda\nOctober 7, 2024\nPage 6\nduring major special events or activities occurring in the City; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute all documents incident to this Agreement.
