RESOLUTION NO.      - Adoption of the staff report, including the finding that\nthe requested authorization would not result in new significant environmental\nimpacts or a substantial increase in the severity of any significant\nenvironmental impacts identified in the certified 2004 Los Angeles\nInternational Airport Master Plan Environmental Impact Report / Environmental\nImpact Statement; and Approval and Execution of the Mitigation Credit\nPurchase Agreement with the Barry Jones Wetland Mitigation Bank:  Covering\npurchase of 7.82 mitigation credits--upon receipt of amended Biological\nOpinion and Incidental Take Statement and written concurrence from the\nFederal Aviation Administration that this replaces original Mitigation Measure\nET-1 as approved in said federal agency’s Record of Decision for said Master\nPlan--to offset loss of wetland habitat and associated impacts to the federally\nendangered Riverside Fairy Shrimp as part of said Master Plan and airfield\noperations and maintenance work; and appropriation of $1,564,000 to\ncomplete said purchase, once conditions identified for execution of the\nagreement are met\nPURPOSE: The proposed action will enable Los Angeles World Airports to\nsuccessfully complete the US Fish & Wildlife Service mitigation requirements\nfor the loss of 3.91 acres of wetland habitat at Los Angeles International\nAirport.
