12. AWARD OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR ON-CALL CITYWIDE ELECTRICAL AND\nLOW VOLTAGE SYSTEMS SERVICES WITH GA TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. [H.\nCOLLINS, E. HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the award of a Maintenance Agreement\nwith GA Technical Services, Inc. to provide on-call citywide electrical and low voltage\nsystems services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Maintenance Services with GA\nTechnical Services, Inc. to provide on-call citywide electrical and low voltage systems\nservices for a total not-to-exceed amount of $450,000; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
