DEL TORO]:\n SUBJECT: The City Council will consider directing staff to perform an analysis of corporate\n ownership of single-family and multi-family rental properties in West Hollywood. Based on the\n analysis, Council may consider providing further direction to address potential issues caused\n by institutional investors and corporate ownership of rental housing.\n RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct staff to hire a consultant to perform an analysis of\n corporate ownership of single-family and multi-family rental properties in West Hollywood;\n and 2) Return to City Council with the findings of the analysis.
