Accept the project completion by Sequel Contractors, Inc., for the FY 2022-23\nResidential Street Rehabilitation Project; 2.) Authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County\nRegistrar-Recorder County Clerk’s Office for the FY 2022-23 Residential Street Rehabilitation; and 3.) Authorize staff to\nrelease the project retention to the contractor in the amount of $101,432.69 for the FY 2022-23 Residential Street\nRehabilitation Project.
