5. Adoption of Ordinances to Repeal and Replace the Inclusionary Housing\nand Condominium Conversion Regulations in Del Mar Municipal Code\nChapters 24.21 and 24.40 and Related Amendments to the Certified Local\nCoastal Program for the North Commercial and Professional Commercial\nZoning Regulations\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the Inclusionary Housing and Condominium Conversion Regulations\nOrdinance to repeal and replace the Del Mar Municipal Code (DMMC) regulations in\nChapters 24.21 (Inclusionary Housing) and 24.40 (Condo Conversions) to implement\nHousing Element Programs 4D and 4E (Attachment A), including the changes read\ninto the record at the introduction hearing identified in strikeout underline format in\nAttachment B; and 2) Adopt the associated Ordinance to amend the DMMC Zoning\nRegulations Section 30.24.070(A) North Commercial (NC) Zone Development\nStandards and Section 30.25.070(A) Professional Commercial (PC) Zone\nDevelopment Standards in the City’s certified Local Coastal Program (LCP) to make\nminor corrections for consistency with the citywide regulations (Attachment C).\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 303-1, 401-4, 401-9
