11. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT TO NV5, INC. FOR THE DESIGN OF STRUCTURAL REPAIRS\nFOR THE EXISTING RETAINING WALL ON PALOS VERDES DRIVE WEST\nIN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $199,220; APPROVE ADDITIONAL\nEXPENDITURES NOT TO EXCEED $20,000, WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY\n10% OF THE CONTRACT AMOUNT; AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY\nMANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL CONTRACT DOCUMENTS IN THE FINAL\nFORM AND FORMAT AS APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the\nResolution R24-50 to:\n1. Award a professional services agreement to NV5, Inc. for the design of\nthe Structural Repairs for the Existing Retaining Wall on Palos Verdes\n10/4/24, 1:27 PM pvestates.granicus.com/GeneratedAgendaViewer.php?view_id=1&event_id=1241\nDrive West, City Project No. PW-704-23 (Project) in an amount not to\nexceed $199,220,\n2. Approve additional expenditures not to exceed $20,000, which is\napproximately 10% of the contract amount; and\n3.
