E. Consideration and possible action to approve contract class service payments\nto Matsumoto Music LLC. (Matsumoto) for Recreation and Parks\nprogramming. (Waters)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve an increase to the blanket purchase order to\nMatsumoto Music LLC., DBA Niko Niko Music, from $25,000 to $49,000; 2)\nApprove an additional appropriation of $24,000 in the professional services\naccount for the remainder of the fiscal year; and, 3) Authorize the Mayor and\nCity Clerk to execute the 2023 Agreement for Class Instruction by Matsumoto\nin a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
