Item No. 26. 2023-0130 PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A SUBSTANTIAL\nAMENDMENT TO THE 2022-2023 ANNUAL ACTION\nPLAN AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION\nNO. 23-045, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL\nOF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA,\nREALLOCATING CURRENT YEAR COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FROM\nANDERSON PARK IMPROVEMENTS TO THE\nNEIGHBORHOOD PRIDE PROGRAM" (CITY\nCOUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. OPEN the Public Hearing, TAKE public testimony, and CLOSE\nthe Public Hearing.\n2. APPROVE the submission of a Substantial Amendment to the\n2022-2023 Annual Action Plan to the U. S. Department of Housing\nand Urban Development.\n3. AUTHORIZE the following reallocation of Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) funds within the 2022-2023\nAnnual Action Plan: $220,000.00 from Anderson Park\nImprovements to the Neighborhood Pride Program.\n4.
