3.3 Acceptance of the Grant Award from the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) Selective\nTraffic Enforcement Program (STEP) in Fiscal Year 2025-2026.\nOCTOBER 9, 2024\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the Grant Award from the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) Selective Traffic\nEnforcement Program for Fiscal Year 2024-2025; and\nB. Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Adopted Budget by designating grant revenues in\nthe amount of $105,000 and increasing budgeted expenditures of the OTS grant\naccount in the amount of $105,000 towards the Police overtime account, training\naccount, and supplies.\nAGREEMENT/PURCHASE ORDER (UNDER $500,000)
