13. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4229 WITH CLEAN ENERGY TO PROVIDE\nMAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE CITY'S COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS STATION\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4229 with Clean Energy for a three-year (3-year) term to\nprovide maintenance and support services for Montebello Bus Lines’ (MBL) compressed natural gas\n(CNG) station, for a total not-to-exceed amount of six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) or $200,000\nannually; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
