SIDE LETTERS OF AGREEMENT TO THE MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE\nCITY OF MONTEBELLO AND THE FOLLOWING EMPLOYEE BARGAINING UNITS: MONTEBELLO CITY\nEMPLOYEES’ ASSOCIATION; INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SHEET METAL, AIR, RAIL AND\nTRANSPORTATION WORKERS – TRANSPORTATION DIVISION; MONTEBELLO MID-MANAGEMENT\nASSOCIATION; MONTEBELLO SUPERVISORS’ ASSOCIATION; MONTEBELLO MANAGEMENT\nPROFESSIONALS’ ASSOCIATION; MONTEBELLO POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION;\nMONTEBELLO FIREFIGHTERS’ ASSOCIATION; MONTEBELLO FIRE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION; AND\nMONTEBELLO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute side letters of agreement to the Memoranda of Understanding\n(“MOU”) between the City of Montebello and each of the following employee bargaining units: Montebello\nCity Employees’ Association (“MCEA”); International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and\nTransportation Workers – Transportation Division (“SMART-TD”); Montebello Mid-Managers’ Association\n(“MMMA”); Montebello Supervisors’ Association (“MSA”); Montebello Management Professionals’\nAssociation (“MMPA”); Montebello Police Management Association (“MPMA”); Montebello Firefighters’\nAssociation (“MFA”); Montebello Fire Management Association (“MFMA”); and Montebello Executive\nManagement Association (“MEMA”) modifying City healthcare benefits contribution amounts; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
