Receive and file a settlement agreement with Fortis LLP pursuant to a California Public\nRecords Act Request and Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2022-01277792-CU-\nWM-CJC; and\n2. Appropriate $12,627 from the General Fund undesignated fund balance to pay Fortis\nLLP; and\n3.
