CONSIDER AN AWARD OF BID FOR ARPA ALLEY REHABILITATION PHASE II\nCEQA: Determined to be categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to\nSection 15301(c) (Existing Facilities), of the CEQA guidelines. The City filed the Notice of\nExemption with the County of San Bernardino on September 3, 2024.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the Plans and Specifications for the ARPA Alley Rehabilitation Phase II Project; award\nthe construction contract to Onyx Paving Company in the amount of $936,000; and authorize a\nconstruction contingency in the amount of $140,000, for a total amount of $1,076,000.
