1.e Award of Professional Services Agreement to Charles Abbott Associates Inc., for Fats, Oils,\nand Grease (FOG) Program Management Services\nFiscal Impact:\nExpense: $ 80,492.50 Annual Contract Amount\nBudget: $ 80,493.00 FY 2024-25 Operating Budget (103593-6099)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc., for a\ncumulative contract amount not-to-exceed $241,477.50 for an initial three (3) year\ncontract term, with the option to extend for one (1) additional two (2) year term; and\n2. Authorize the City Administrator to approve contract amendments up to 10% of the\ncumulative contract amount, or $24,147.75; and\n3. Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and\n4. Authorize the City Administrator to approve the eligible contract term extension for one\n(1) additional two (2) year term based upon contractor performance and at the\ndiscretion of the City.
