9. AMEND CONTRACT WITH WEST COAST ARBORISTS – F96-35, C2M10-26, M2M24-\n188\nOn June 24, 2024, the City entered into a contract with West Coast Arborists Inc., the\ncurrent provider of tree maintenance services. An amendment is necessary to expand the\ncurrent FY 2024-25 contract amount for tree removal, according to the pre-negotiated\nrates as stated in Contract No. C2M10-26.\nRecommended Action: City Council amend the contract with West Coast Arborists,\nInc. for the removal of trees in addition to the current FY 2024-25 contract in an amount\nnot to exceed $51,270.50; and, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize\nCouncil’s action.
