Award a five-year Public Works Agreement to Global Power Group, Inc., for generator\nmaintenance, testing and repairs in an amount not-to-exceed $200,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Administrator to approve contract change orders up to 20% or\n$40,000 of the contract not-to-exceed amount; and\n3. Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
