C. Notice of Completion for the Almond Avenue Paving Project, CIP ST2201\n- That the City Council adopt Resolution 7566: 1. Accepting the Almond\nAvenue Paving Project, CIP ST2201, by Hardy & Harper, Inc. in the amount of\n$520,873.64; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice of Completion”\nwith the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen (15) days from the date\nof acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35) days after recordation of\nthe Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.
