2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (PSA) WITH DUDEK FOR 24-361\nCLIMATE ACTION AND ADAPTATION PLAN CONSULTING\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for two years with two\none-year renewals in the amount of $418,625 to Dudek (Environmental,\nPlanning and Engineering Firm) for consulting services.\n2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $41,862 for\nunforeseen costs related to the project.\n3. Authorize a budget adjustment of $300,000 from the Capital Improvement\nFund (401) fund balance and $50,000 from the SoCal Gas Climate\nAdaptation and Resiliency Grant.\n4.
