RESOLUTION NO. 24-55 APPROVING A REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY\nSTREET CLOSURE ON THE 800 BLOCK OF COMMERCIAL AVENUE\nThis item requests a temporary street closure for Ogopogo Brewing’s 6 th\nAnniversary Celebration on Saturday, October 26, 2024, on the 800 block of\nCommercial Avenue from South Gladys Avenue to the end of the cul-de-sac.\nThere is no fiscal impact to the budget for this event. Regularly scheduled staff\ntime will be used for this event.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 24-55 authorizing\na temporary street closure on the 800 block of Commercial Avenue from South\nGladys Avenue to the end of the cul-de-sac from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on\nSaturday, October 26, 2024.
