PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION (PLHA) FIVE\n-YEAR PLAN AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-100 TO RE-ALLOCATE FUNDS BETWEEN ACTIVITES TWO\nAND SIX FROM THE TOTAL GRANT ALLOCATION (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. OPEN the public Hearing, TAKE public Testimony, and Close the Public Hearing.\n— 2. ADOPT Resolution No. 24-100, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Carson, California, Amending the Five-\nYear Plan for the Permanent Local Housing Allocation Grant".\n— 3. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to (i) execute the second amendment to the Standard Agreement when prepared by HCD\nconsistent with Resolution No. 24-100, and (ii) administer the program funds for each activity as per the Resolution and the\nsecond amendment.\nDISCUSSION (Items 23 - 24)
